cool - makes a difference.........

recently swapped my vw passat for a volvo V50... moved to droitwich and then realise dthat nearest volvo dealer was redditch 20 miles away - - got no colleagues friends or family near me so when it came to servicing wondered how i'd get the car to and from the garage - - no probs, they not only picked the car up, but left a courtesy car for free as standard, all taken and back in one day! at vw in glos, it was a nightmare, having to get your own way back from dropping the car off etc
