Prem class players.............

Seriously if a player is 100% worthy of playing in the prem he probably wont be loaned out.
With 7 subs only the biggest squads can let people out on loan.
With many of the bigger clubs using young squads in cup games it really limits the players who go out on loan.

Players being loaned out are mostly young unproven players who we are taking a chance on or older players reduced to surplus to the squad but collecting decent wages.
Also sometimes you might get a player coming back from injury looking for games.

Why is anyone surprised that some just don`t work out.
