Just seen bob maloney (norwich scout) having a hot chocolate in starbucks in a meeting with Ricado Fuller.

This occurs as norwich want to get him on season long loan as stoke want rid of him because he's got bad temper and not getting on with his fellow stoke supporters.

i have someone in the know and have now seen it for myself. norwich hope to have him by the end of this week
