It's worth the risk now. You hire someone like Deehan behind him, and/or someone else experienced as an advisor, and take it from there

I'd have laughed that suggestion off last season, but we desperately need a change of attitudes for the better. If he brought that then it beats sniping out whoever we get in from the terraces
