Surely all managers have the same luxury?

I'm not saying Cureton is the answer, however his quotes say alot about the chances of a fringe player to get given a go - so with Lupoli you say he will now get his chance, I'm not so sure. He got his chance against Swansea, scored yet has not featured since. Hardly given a go.
