Sibierski
Without being pedantic but, as someone who speaks enough Polish to be allowed to be pedantic in such a situation, the 'i' after the initial 'S' would result in a 'sh' sound, so Sibierski, in a Polish accent, should in fact be pronounced 'Shee-bee-air-skee'.
