I may have mentioned it before

probably about a thousand times but non-executive directors have certain responsibilities. Mr Doncaster, Mr Turner and Mr Wynn-Jones have all made it clear that the non-executive directors of this company will not undertake those responsibilities, with entirely predictable results.
As for Mr Munby, what is he actually FOR? Surely a better way of saving money at board meetings would be not to get rid of bottled water, but to get rid of the Chairman?
