Which manager worth his salt is going to want to take over a club with no cash for signings, sitting a couple of points above relegation with a shed-load of loan-signings as the current crop of the club's own players aren't up to scratch?

Seems like a nailed on relegation to me. Hardly going to look good on your CV.
