Good post.......Lita misses chance that was easier to score

against Palace.....GR treats him as a hero as do fans.
JC misses similar chance in the past GR slates him then drops him and the fans want him hanged...
All people are different some players need a kick where it hurts others need telling how good they are, which I would imagine is mostly what managing a football teams all about, the coaches can coach the manager should manage....I am afraid our manager cannot manage and that is very obvious.
GR's teams play lovely football but their confidence appears to be zilch.....with the type of football he wants us to play(which is great) the players need to be able to express themselves and not constantly looking over their shoulders (as JC has said) and by him saying what he has could mean the end of his City career IMO.
