On a personal level I don't like the guy

but I don't agree with this constant changing of managers, there sometimes is a need for stability and I think this is it.

The last 3 managers have had players which should have got better results than they did - I'm not entirely convinced that the reason they haven't is solely down to the Managers. What the reason is though I'm not entirely sure. Maybe Roeder was right when he said things were "too nice" at the club.

For some reason ever since the promotion season we have been absolutely s**t away from home - under Worthy, Grant and now Roeder. At least under Worthy the home record was good enough on the whole to avoid trouble.

I'm prepared to give Roeder until the end of the season on the back of his achievement in keeping us up last year. He's had little money to do much with and I can't really think of any suitable alternatives who would do better.
