I struggle to criticise a manager who has gathered together a better group of players than what he started with without spending and you can't criticise a manager for not being able to motivate a group of loanees who either are or are not interested in staying at the club but when these players make the effort, the result should follow. Sometimes it has, other times we've been unlucky. When we've played badly, we've deserved to lose but time will bring a bit of consistency I think.
