I cant see us going down helping in the slightest

It would just confirm Delias attitude of "we're a little, family club" and if anything, would probably make her want to stick around longer.

There is nothing to suggest that she would suddenly sell, or we'd find someone wanting to plough the money into our club.

Going down would see the end of the club imo (although many think we're heading for that anyway)
