I thought his leaving was strange especially not to replace him...

I don't really know where to go from here...perhaps as suggested above we need to go down to go back up....rebuild from the bottom up...and I think GR should be the man to do it despite some strange actions this year. Also it will probably lower the expectations of those fans that remain 'loyal'.
