...and if it is the highest budget a manager's had then it's a bit of a shambles.

There's something rotten about Norwich City at the moment. Too many movements out around the higher levels which don't tally with other bits of news that's coming out of the club.

We've got a playing squad that on paper is better than last season's but can't seem to buy a win at the moment let alone assemble a decent defence which is odd for a side that's managed by someone that was a decent defender.

I've resigned myself to the fact we're going down. The only thing I think that can possibly save us is a couple of clubs (maybe one) going into administration and getting hit with the points deduction.
