Well as far as I know

there is no source for our player wage bill, or even less specifically our football wage bill. There was a survey done on championship wage bills and we were high, but I don't have a link to it because my PC blew up. However included in our wage figure are many more non-footballing staff than most of our peers because unlike most of them we arrange our own catering and stewarding so that makes the raw data for wages misleading. Also the wage bill will include the Academy - an expensive and, according to the club, futile luxury which not all our rivals have.
