So what are we going to do?

Sacking Roeder would be an error as whoever would come in would have no money, that also means no money to pay Roeder and no money to get a decent manager in!

Are we going to do this every year? Get a new manager towards the end of the year give them hardly a year say well we aren't moving up so good bye? No wonder we are in the s**t.

If it's between having someone who has bought some decent players, and some semi decent loans while looking for the right players then I would stick with Roeder rather than going to Grant who just tried the Scottish route and the most awful football ever.

If we aren't going to give these manager a chance (Rome wasn't built in a day and a good football club wasn't built in one season) then what's the point? our entire finances will be thrown away on getting rid of them every November-December!

It's the lack of finances from above that is causing the most problems, giving the job to Grant the cheap option, then getting Roeder in and saying work some wonder with NOTHING!
