he kept my son waiting for almost an hour at the local clubs end of year awards and didn't have the tact or class to phone ahead and explain he would be late or even the grace to apologise to all the kids and their families who waited in the rain for the chavvy no mark to climb down from his t**tty hummer and dole out trophies without a word. f**k him. boooo.
