Seriously though, and i know its stupid, but i do beleive in giving managers a try, so i stay as publicly positive as i can.
That way if the pressure can be kept off them I feel they get teh best chance to achieve.

I don't like mopaning too openly untill i'm pretty much convinced in my own mind.
