That never happened.
That (incredibly ill advised) set of figures factored in the ?20m initial press preports said were going on the team in exchange for control.

It also included paying back the loans (which is in the contract which would go nowhere near delia, and otehr directors loans, like the turners, which is again not to Delia.

All she would get is (from memory) a ?2m loan repaid (that i think is probably more now) and their share of the shares that would have to be bought up.
