Nigel Worthington genuis or buffon

so what is he a genuis or someone who finally makes the right decision when all other options are exhuasted
he does seem to have the knack of getting the best out of the team at the end of the season in the play-off season in the last 10 games we won 5 drew 3 lost 2 of the last 10 games last year we won 8 drew 0 lost 2 of our last 10 games and this season in the last 6 games we have won 4 drew 1 and lost 1 on the face of it , it looks like inspired mangement but when you put that against some of his team selection the continued playing of holt the non selection of other players (helveg) and some of his substitutions you wonder is he a buffon
