Do you think GR would be even taking a chance on
Carl Cort if he had any kind of budget?

He has no other choice given the lack of money.

People are already slating GR over Cort, yet he got the guy for free and no contract (pay for play)
If 5% of the time Cort can do a decent job its an incredible bit of business.

He is willing to take a chance on these players knowing that there is high probability they wont work out.

If a player had no "issues" and was quality in every respect why the hell would they come to Norwich?
