Not sure he is any better than GR to be honest.

Both have not done so great at the highest level when they actually had some decent money to spend.

I think both are decent managers at this level who do command some respect.

Both see their clubs as possible stepping stones to getting a bigger job IMHO.
And I dont think there is anything wrong with that BTW.
