If people think someone has had a drop in form you get people in the crowd turn on them. Quite frankly i hate it - i believe getting behind the player helps their confidence and is effective immediatly.

So this would help our current situation.

I also hold the hope that Ryan will forget he is on Chelsea's books and we may eventually sign him.
