Ryan Bertrands Toe

When did Robert Earnshaw stamp on Bertrands toe? He didn't play for Forest that day as he got injured in the warm up.

I think it might come out soon the Earnie also gave Fozzy a rather nasty chinese burn shortly after he got off the team bus and that the real reason that he didn't play was because the Doc did him over in a game of mercy.
