sure, his new club don't get to use him for the rest of this season, but for the price of ?0 that's still a good deal

plus then Reading might be more inclined to do a rest of the season loan with his new club and at the very least get him off their wage bill, but more than likely add on a loan fee too, a loan fee that might be around ?250-300,000 or so
