the youth set up (coaches etc) not perhaps the first team manager?

He did a fantastic job at Leeds, but has achieved nothing for the past 15 years. He should have got back into the game quickly after leaving Leeds but he left it too long, the game changed a tremendous amount between the time he left Leeds and then popped up at Blunderland
