Cant believe people saying this was obviously going to be a re building year. we have an arrogant manager who seems incapable of motivating players. He refuses to play players with any personality or leadership qualities. He is totally obstinate about bringing in premiership youth players when no team has ever achieved success from the championship with such a policy. I think we will only avoid relegation becasue we are slightly better than Barnsley, Forest and Doncaster
