Possible Trivia question which I dont know the answer to!

Ok, so if the Spuds win the Carling Cup this year, that will be Redknaps second top level domestic trophy won (On the basis that the FA CUp, League title and Leage Cup are the three top level domestic trophies available)

If this were to happen, thsi would make him the most decorated top level English manager since who? Brian CLough maybe? Sir Bobby? I know Sgt Wilko was the last Englishman to win the league but that was only one trophy, who was the last English manager to win 2 or more top level domestic trophies?!
