FAO Ben (and anyone who knows about creating websites/hosting etc)

Help required please!!!

We're doing a uni report and we need to know costs, timeframe etc that it would require to set up a decent standard business website. Could you point us in the right direction of perhaps a decent website/company/anything that could help us out? have googled but not got much help from it?
