FAO City Lad re: age

Mate, at 33 I still feel like a young man, but the first time I ever felt old was when I realised that many of the young up and coming footballers I so looked up to were actually young than me.

And now ? Well, I am now at football retirement age! If I were a footballer I'd be called a dinosaur.

And I'm old enough to be Joe Lewis' father!

I'm starting to wonder how it feels when your 60 or so - do you still have the same respect for footballers when they are all kids to you ? I know we have some senior supporters on here so would love to know if it feels any different.
