Are you so stupid to think that Roeder doesn't know the problems and the weakness of the team , unfortunatley their is a world of difference between identifiying the problem ( lack of a goal scorer for example) finding the player he wants , then finding the money for him , then persuading him and his agent and his family that Carrow road is the place for him
