Whilst you may be right that in the long term living without her scummy mother and one of her number of boyfriend will be beneficial to the girl, I don't think there are many who would argue having your world turned upside down at such a young age can be anything but detrimental. Tragic no.

P.S It is said that she was given lots of drugs during the kidnapping so that she didn't know what was going on, so it was hardly just "staying with a relative"
