It's a funny old game- Ramos the new head of Real Madrid after landing Spurs in all sorts of s**t.

Surely only in football does complete ineptitude result in promotion. If I was s**t at my management job and near ruined a company, I wouldn't leave and then get an even better job (with the new employer's knowing all about my past failures).
