While letting go of Hucks is poor in the short term, I think in the long term it makes sense.

It just struck me when I saw the article on the BBC sport page with Jim defending his job. I think they've gone backwards since he took over (which considering the more settled finances and greater resources, would be worrying).

I still think we might struggle this season, but I'm quite impressed with Glen's transfer dealings and approach thereto, so far.
