I want Roeder to succeed I have never been against him, he really put

my back up at the AGM and I came away wondering about his mental state and how he could possibly motivate players. He done a great job last season and in spells we play brilliant football, he needs another leader or 2 on the pitch. We are not far off being a really good side we are not far off being awful.
