While the geek salad is still fresh

any ideas why my Broadband speed is so s**t?

So far I have tried;

Have you got filters on all the phone sockets? Yes

Even the one which the Sky box is plugged into? Yes

What broadband service do you pay for? The top one, lots of megs in theory

Have you got a virus? No

Are you too far from the exchange? No

So what the f**k is it? As an example - had to download a piece of software from Nokia to make one of the gitlets' mobile work - it was 69 meg and it took one hour and 15 minutes to download
