Bit harsh

I bought an excellent PC from them a couple of months ago - it was well specced and good value. The only difficulty is that you have to get past the bum fluff teens who are the standard assistants and find someone older and more helpful - which I did, by going to their tech guys desk. After that it was actually a really good experience. But I have to admit that that was because the older wiser guy was able to correct all the misleading advice which had been given to me by the bum fluff yoof (who was then bollocked). So if I hadn't done that I guess I would have had a s**t experience.
