A wage cap is not the answer - especially one linked to turnover. . .

What is really needed is a squad cap on the premier league. Players will be forced down the leagues in order to continue as professionals giving the power to the clubs, and way from the agents.

Players could not them demand silly money as clube could say "ok - go find that somewhere else". They would then have to displace a player at a prem club or except less.

However, this would never happen as the man poo's of this world would say, "but Real Madrid don't have squad caps". So the problem is European wide. Clubs competng in EUrope waould want parity.

This must be a FIFA wide policy!
