UK vs Abroad

Mt. Snowdown: Climb for bleeding hours through s**tty weather to see a few slate-mines, and when you get to the top all you can see are clouds and rain.

Mt. Foreign: Cable car up half way to get to much higher altitude, climb a bit more and have stunning views the like of which don't exist in the UK

Stonehenge: 15 f***ing quid to get 20 feet closer than you can from the road.

Hadrian's Villa: Fiver, and you can put on your high-heeled shoes and pogo on the 2000-year old mosaics to your heart's content.

(never did understand that!)
