i too am not particularly bothered, not through sheer indifference to steven gerrard but more as a result of sheer indifference to how impossibly out of kilter the game has evolved. it's not a pure sport anymore just a marketing exercise. 45 quid for a polyester shirt?! etc etc We are all mugs. I wonder if there any other sports devoid of such bollocks?
