I said yesterday ('kin keyboard warrior) that I was "teetering" towards the "Roeder Out" faction, whaever was-or, maybe as importantly, wasn't-said at half time yesterday needs some consideration, I can only summise there were some pissed off and demotivated players coming out for the second half.
Rightly or wrongly, Roeder does seem to have a problem with relationships with players, he seems very distant and all too willing to have a pop at them, it not a style of management that works anywhere.
One of the things the players of the Mike Walker regime would always say is how much they respected and liked him-but they knew he was the boss as well. We also had that, to a lesser extent, with Worthy. With Roeder it seems that he just wants to be the boss, respect being optional, and actually liking him not coming into the picture at all!
