FAO: Civilians (civvies)

I think I've made the transition from braindead squaddie land to civvy street quite effortlessly to be honest but one thing i really do struggle with now is just how fukkern dirty people are when they move house!!! I would not dream of leaving my house in any other sort of order than pristine but twice now i've moved into houses that owners think it fine to leave rubbish in bins, dog s**t in the garden, broken fridges in the garage etc etc. Have I just been spectacularly unlucky or are you all just f**king dirty minging t**ts with no personal pride at all? I can't cope if you are.
