and I mean this..genuinely.

Roeder has many faults but he seems like an individual who, despite his arrogance, has a bit of decency about him. Therefore it really cannot be long before he resigns, can it?

Really, he just can't keep on failing and making excuses, can he?

It has to end. It really has to end. He simply must realise that he is a manager who cannot mange. End of story.
