Why is 'changing the manager' not the answer?

Of course it's the answer. Good managers are at a club a long time because they're good. Poor managers leave because they're poor, it's not rocket science. We continue to employ managers with either no record (Grant) or a poor record (Hamilton, Roeder) and then wonder why we struggle. Get him out and replace him as soon as possible.
