If we are going to stay up then we need to change things,

we've got no money to buy players in January, and it's been proved that a squadful of loans doesn't work, the board aren't going anywhere anytime before May. Therefore there has to be a change of leadership and management. Get Roeder out, replace him with a young manager from the lower leagues who shows some level of sense, in my opinion Mark Robins would be a good choice. Time for the board to be proactive before it's too late.
