Yes, the motherboard BIOS should contain a generic driver, just enough to get it to read

and boot from a CD. Once that is happening, the XP install disc contains a broad variety of harware drivers, and can install what it needs to to get the OS running.

Once the OS is running, you might find that you need to install newer drivers for things like your graphics chipset, to get it to work at optimum levels, but the generic drivers that come with Windows would be enough to get started.
