No, just a question what the average person thinks.

I was reading something that said the usual guff

'help prevent wars'
'protect children'
'peacekeeping'
etc etc

everyone was basically a failure

plenty of wars
plenty of abused children
peacekeeping was a joke when the main countries involved liked having wars.
