back when I was a singist

I used to practice that in the car. Not to perform it, just to practice holding the note and running the range.

Streisand, too, for similar reasons. I was never any good, but lots of strenuous practice helped me deliver my doggerel in a slightly less s**te way.

I hope that was interesting enough to justify my typing it, but I doubt it.
