Should the manager watch training?

It appears Glenn picked Sib on the basis of a good week training. However pretty much everyone who doesn't watch training thought Wes should have started in the "hole" behind Lita.

It appeared so obvious to us all but not the guys who watch training.

I was optimistic before last nights match, particularly on hearing Wes would start. Yet when I heard Sib was starting, I instantly lost my optimism.
