there is no excuse for not winning headers as a forward unless,

A) You are s**t.

B) You go in half assed with little intention of winning the header. Just the look like you tried to win it.

C) You are s**t.

for f**ks sake, I'm 5' 6" and I win headers off of people 6' and above all the time. If you go in with the intention of winning a header and put your body in there then you will do it. The problem from what I see nowadays is people are frightened to their hair dirty. Stop poncing around and f**king fight for the ball. It's simple.
